We are a café in Manhattan’s West Village that offers New Yorkers a daily escape from big city life. We want our customers to have a boutique experience and re-energize with us, so they can take full advantage of everything this wonderful city has to offer. Unique, delicious baked goods and fresh coffee (THE freshest), combined with a warm and welcoming environment.
100% of our coffee is picked by hand (‘a mano’), helping sustain an ecosystem that allows premium coffee producers to thrive in times of mass production. With year-round harvesting throughout Latin America and direct relationships with hand-selected farmers, our beans are as fresh as 10 days from origin to cup. You’ll taste the difference in a single sip.
OUR COFFEE
Our goal is to provide our customers with the freshest coffee imaginable - roasting provides only half of coffee’s flavor, while mere freshness of the beans does the rest of the work. And yet, most coffee beans sit around for months, losing flavor every day.
Our partners hand-select 1,000+ farm partners, control the export process, and roast in New York. With year-round harvesting throughout Latin America and faster transport from origin to cup than any other purveyor (in as fast as 10 days), our roasters ensure its coffee’s supreme purity, freshness and integrity.
